The only 1333 Kingston I see as widely supported by that motherboard is KVR1333D3N9/1G

    http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList...880ga-ud3h.pdf
so even though its 1333 it could still be a compatibility problem?
It can. My general rule is to find memory that is actually listed by the motherboard manufacturer as being tested as compatible. You can speak with a representative at Kingston and see what they say about your motherboard and CPU and if they are willing to provide a kit better suited for your board and CPU through an RMA.

Alright ill do that when i get off work and post the response on here.

Called today and Kingston isnt able to send a different ram model. They can only send an RMA of the model of ram that is defective. They say that it should be working with my mobo and that its most likely my RAM being defective so just waiting on RMA to be approved and for the new RAM to come which should be 2-3 days on Advance RMA.

That is unfortunate that they won't replace RAM with a different model. Don't understand why since it probably costs them the same either way... Anyway, if they say it is supposed to work with your board, you have some guarantee in that respect. See what happens.
