Windows 7 Professional x64 BSOD problems??

Hey guys, I really hope you guys could help me solve this problem! I have been searching and fixing it. But nothing work so far!

Two days ago, I tried to scan my computer and when i woke up, it already restart. I tried again and noticed BSOD.

I tried updated all my drivers with DriverGeniusProf.
I tried reset all my RAM on this computer.
I also run the memtest86+ and no single error.

I did the bluescreenview and there are two errors that i found!
    fltmgr.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

This windows runs on Mac BootCamp!

I have zipped the dmp file!!

Please help! Thank You for your time!

Never ever update your drivers using any type of software such as Driver Genius. You always want to get your drivers directly from the manufacturer site.

Let's run driver verifier and see if it catches any misbehaving drivers

Crashes are being caused by your Apple Key Agent software. Please remove that software and the crashes should stop.

EDIT: It looks like this belongs to bootcamp which is how you're running Windows. I would look for possibly a newer version or contact Apple support if you want to continue running Windows on your Mac

You can also disable driver verifier at this time
