BSOD while playing Anno1404, error 0x000...124

I can't figure out what caused this. Has happened a couple of times and also the computer froze up around the time of the bsods(after restart). Seems unlikely its unrelated.
Attached the perfmonreport and the jcgriff-folder. And also a dxdiag.
Anyone know what might have caused this?

There are not dump files in your report.

    STOP 0x00000124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Usual causes: Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Follow that guide from the link above to troubleshoot. As for tests to run, the three below will be sufficient.

Please run these tests and report back the results
    1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html
    3. Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

Thanks, running prime now, memtest is ready to boot but the Seagate-tool just froze on "SCSI: scanning for supported drives. Please wait. 3hours with that message. What was it suposed to test? Bad sectors? Ill try an alternative.
