It was 9f, as suspected. However, it was caused by your Blackberry device driver, not your network.

Thanks - can you suggest a good diagnostic tool for interpreting the dump files? I seem to remember that Microsoft has a debugging tool that may work. Any suggestions?

Attached info as per instructions. I've seen it caused by hal.dll or ntoskrnl.exe mostly in bluescreenview. I thought it was related to graphics driver, but have already uninstalled/reinstalled....it seems it was triggered by Adobe flash a few times when watching a video, but today it happened...
