I jinxed it.
No ESET installed but I got another BSOD just now when I booted, did a system restore but that brought back ESET in a broken state which couldn't be uninstalled or repaired due to various files claiming I didn't have clearance, which was odd considering I'm running as administrator, had to go into safe mode and use ESET's removal tool to get rid of it. Installed a fresh copy of ESET, I'll wait and see what happends tomorrow.
Last thing left to do is to run memtest, I'll leave it on and let it run when I'm at work tomorrow.
