BSOD when using Premiere Pro CS5.0

I built a new system a month ago. It is a Win7-64 based on an Asus P9X79 MB. It has worked just fine until a few days ago. When using PPro CS5 during a video file transcode (computer at 99-100%) I get a BSOD. I thought maybe something wrong with PPro or Win7 install, so I re-installed Windows on another HD. It does the same thing. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the crash report prepared in zip format, but I get "error on page" when I try to add the attachment.

Forgot to add that I have 16 GB of memory: 8 slots with 2GB sticks in each. The system is OC to FAST. That is, Asus has an OC utility that has "normal", "fast", or "extreme". My "fast" settings are 130 Blck and 33 multiplier. One more thing - I use Coretemp and at idle it shows 35-37°C, and when transcoding video it runs as high as 59-60°C. I am using a Corsair H100 cooler. Also, was able to attach the ZIP file to the original post.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

No memory dumps are in the upload. If you're using a cleaning program on your hard drive, please stop so we can gather BSOD memory dumps.

Only 16 updates after SP1 - most systems have 70 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates.

Your Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth drivers aren't installed. Please install them.
Your ASMedia drivers (likely the USB 3.0 controller) aren't installed. Please install them. MSINFO32 shows that there is an ASMedia program installed - so check Device Manager to see what device isn't working.
Both should be available from the downloads section of the motherboard manufacturer's website

I did not install the bluetooth driver nor the USB 3.0 driver as I am not using those functions. Should I still install them?

I changed the OC settings back to stock and ran a video edit test. All is good. I then turned the OC back half as far as I had it before. All is still good after another video edit test. In fact, I used my computer that way all day yesterday and not a single problem. I am assuming the OC was too much or possibly the memory settings were not set correctly. Regardless, everything is working and I will consider this to be solved.

You either have to prevent Windows from recognizing them (by disabling them in the BIOS) or update the drivers and then disable them in Windows.

If you think that the memory was overheating, try pointing a house fan into the case (on high).
It should take longer to BSOD if that's the case (or if other components on the mobo are overheating).

Motherboard utilities are notoriously bad at OC'ing, usually put the CPU voltage too high and cause overheating.

With 16GB RAM you will likely need to adjust the RAM settings to get it stable.

If you're happy with it, enjoy.
If you want to look into it further, give us the system specs and the BIOS voltage settings for CPU, IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) and RAM.

Find a OC'ing tutorial for your board, it should be pretty easy to OC manually.
