    I did that.shows everything is fine.could you tell me how to do a full ram and hdd test for laptop

    Shahir,

    Type "Memory" into the Start Search Bar, and click the program that displays at the top. Schedule a test and click both options for the next restart. then restart.

    HDD tests are a little harder. You might have to look one up online
