Random BSOD focused on ms drivers

My comp is just randomly crashing for the past several months. I've already tried doing memtest and installed the latest drivers. Most of the crashes there was no memory dumps.

I've got verifier running right now and I uploaded the latest memory dump

I think it might be my ethernet port but I already have the latest drivers and I keep seeing a random unidentified network and sometimes it will randomly drop my internet connection while my laptop is perfectly fine connected to the router with no internet problems.

My comp froze and restarted while verifier was running but I can't find the logs and no memory dump.

    I just realized I can't change thread name. D:

Computer froze again and I still can't find the cause.
CPU/GPU never hit higher than 60c.

Well verifier isn't going to give me the results. Is there another solution?

Sorry, I can't help with dump files but I can point out that 60 C is very warm for both a CPU and a GPU; that's normally the temperature you get when under load (running a game for example).

Though, is it the CPU or the GPU? I have the Phenom II 955 Black and mine sits at a comparitively arctic 34- 35 C when idle; and my 6870 never pushes past 38 - 39, and that's with one of the retention screws on the cooler snapped off (I really should get around to fixing that).

Both under max load never reach higher than 60c.
When idle, their both around 45c.

Right now, I'm using my old windows 7 64bit partition and have not experienced any bsod, crashing, or freezing. So it has to be something wrong with my new one.

    Hello brutetal.

► One of your crashes indicate to C-Media Electronics USB Audio Driver.
    Code:
    kd> lmvm CAHS164
    start end module name
    fffff880`03a3d000 fffff880`03bc8000 CAHS164 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: CAHS164.sys
        Image path: CAHS164.sys
        Image name: CAHS164.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Jun 16 12:40:06 2011 (4DF9AC4E)
        CheckSum: 001403C4
        ImageSize: 0018B000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Update it from C-Media Electronics, Inc..

► All the latest dumps blaming to ntkrnlmp.exe (not the real fact actually), with different bugchecks. In such a situation, it is to enable Driver Verifier.
Run Driver Verifier for next 24 hours or upto the occurrence of the next dump, whichever is earlier.

But, at first update the aforesaid driver, see how the computer behaves. If there are BSODs after the update, too, then let us know, and enable verifier as per our suggestion.

Problem Device: AMD SATA Controller This device is disabled.

What ports do you have your SSDs connected too?

The AMD sata driver is actually listed twice and I disabled the one thats not being used by the computer.
The drives are connected to SATA. Except my ramDisk and my external hdd.

CAHS164.sys is used by Corsair Vengeance 1500 and I have the latest drivers from the corsair website. C-media does not have driver updates for it.

I have ran verifier before. The system freezes and restarts before a log/error is able to be output.
