    Windows Debug installation error.

I am trying to install the software where I can be able to read the minidump files after the BSOD. I found info from google and downloaded Windows Development Kits 7.1 for Windows 7 Pro x64. After I have complete the installation including debugging tools.

Now when I run the windbg.exe program, I receive a "windbg.exe - bad image error" saying:
"C:\Program files\Debugging Tools for Windows (x64)\dbghelp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."

I did uninstall then reinstall the software but receiving same errors. Does anyone know about this problems?

Might be the wrong version, or not in "path" I would DL again and include the install directory in path

I did install the default path but there was an error. However I found the dbghelp.dll in the installation and the file size was 0kb, don't why that happens. So I tried download the dbghelp.dll file into system32 directory but the file was already there and is bigger than the one I download so I leave it at is and just copy that file from system32 to install directory then it works.

    that is odd.
