    BSOD random.

Hi, Hoping someone can help me please!

Got a BSOD about 2 weeks ago then twice today, the message is as follows:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c000001d, 0xfffff960000a684a, 0xfffff88008589df0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 020112-38391-01.

I couldn't get the report out of the perfmon /report for some reason, it wouldn't recognise any of my laptops attributes, processor, RAM etc.

    Windows 7 x64 OEM.
    No re-installations of OS.
    Sony vaio VPCEH
Hardware bought 3 months ago from Sony retailer.

    Thank you!

No minidumps in your report. I see BSODs in your event logs. Do you use any system cleaners? If you do, stop, because they delete the minidumps. Check C:\Windows\minidump for any files and upload them here

As for your crashes, it's either going to be memory or a driver. Lets start with testing the memory

    Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I also see you have Mcafee and AVG installed. It isn't good to have to AV installed. Pick one or the other, not both.

This error occurs a lot in your logs. I guess it's due to virtual drives. Do you have any installed or have you uninstalled any recently?

Also see this a lot in your logs. Do you use bluetooth?
