    well its not solved just turned the computer on....an bam as sooon as it longed in....blue screen...this is so flippin annoying!!! so 9if anyone can help it wud be apperciated : )

    Try bumping VCCIO to 1.2 V and see how it goes for a while.

    Let's lock down some of the RAM timings, this will help with stability.

    Manually set your first four RAM timings to 9-9-9-24, leave the rest on 'Auto', and the Command Rate to 2T.
    Bump the (IMC - CPU Integrated Memory Controller) VCCIO Voltage to 1.200v.
    Bump the DRAM voltage to 1.600v.
    Then on the Exit page - Save Changes & Reset.

    Test for stability.
    Run memtest86+ for at least 7 full passes with all four RAM cards installed, best to run overnight.
    For reference: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    If this doesn't work then you can remove two RAM cards, for testing, and check the stability with this configuration.
    This will help us to find out if the RAM is causing these issues.

    Yeah well it seems to be running now til a sec ago the dispaly adapter stopped working sumthing about the kernel but it recovered....so other than that i think it was bumping the voltage up on the ram again dave.....sorry text bak now but i just wanted to be sure it was working u know...especially since it seems to been working fine last time an than it went again.....but i think the solution was bumpin g up the power supplied to the ram tanks for all ur help guys!!!
