I have a question. I have the version on 32 bits installed. When I start my computer, at the RAM Memory, it says: 1048MB, DDR2 667 Single Channel 64-Bit. Does this mean I have to install a Windows 7 X64 version?
no not really. however, if you wanna check if your processor supports 64bit(if you plan to install 64bit OS), you can check out the link in my sig.

Where should I look in the event viewer? I have never opened that application before.
check for errors and see if its related to any particular software or hardware.

Ok, I followed the link and installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005. If it is a hardware problem, how can I check that?

Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and upload the .zip file with your next post. If you encounter problems doing this, copy the contents of the folder to your Desktop and try it from there.

I suspect the drivers for your SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem (from the presence of st330.sys in one of the dump files). This is a long shot, but the other dump files don't seem to give a clue as to what the error is.

Here's a listing of the older drivers on your system. They should be updated also:
    Code:
    st330.sys Wed Oct 26 10:19:47 2005 SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem
    lpwdm.sys Wed Oct 26 10:19:46 2005 SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem
    stbus.sys Wed Oct 26 10:19:47 2005 SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem
V0220Dev.sys Thu Jun 29 01:58:27 2006 Live! Cam Video IM
V0220Vfx.sys Thu Jun 08 04:00:52 2006 Live! Cam Video IM
    steth.sys Mon Oct 24 07:28:12 2005 SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem

Unfortunately there are no drivers compatible with Windows 7. I installed the drivers for Windows Vista, and I've done that in compatibility mode (Windows Vista SP2).
