Random BSOD while working with laptop, error 0x000000F4

My laptop has currently been experiencing random BSODs while using Google Chrome, Visual Studio 2010, Windows Media Player, and iTunes. Sometimes I get them like 2 times a day, sometimes none at all. Here are some additional information:

    -Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
-it is the original installed OS on my laptop
    -it is an OEM

-my laptop is an ACER ASPIRE 4750G. it is only 2-3 months old.
-the OS was installed the same day i bought the laptop.

I have also attached the needed files. Hope someone helps. Thanks :)

    Hi,

There are no dump files located in the attachment. Re-attach your file once you've added the dump(s) :P

i checked my minidump folder but i found no dump files whatsoever. i have set my settings to create dump files now. as for the "no anti-virus", i already have AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2012 but i don't know why windows won't recognize it.
