    CPU-Z stats attached.

BIOS RAM settings (set to manufacturer's OC settings):

DRAM Timing: Both (not sure about this one)

1T/2T Timing: 2T (assumed 2T for more stability)

    Unganged Mode

    CL 8
    tRCD 8
    tRP 8
    tRAS 24
    All other settings default/auto

FSB/DRAM Ratio 1:4 (highest available) effective speed: 1600 MHz

Voltages - when set to auto, my BIOS doesn't give the exact value for some of these:

CPU VDD Voltage - Auto (something less than 1.10)
CPU NB VDD Voltage - Auto (something less than 1.10)
    CPU Voltage - Auto (somewhere in-between 1.364 and 1.367)
CPU NB Voltage - Auto (somewhere in-between 1.099 and 1.102)
DRAM Voltage - 1.651 V (OVERCLOCKED to RAM's recommended settings)
    NB Voltage - Auto 1.3 V
    SB Voltage - Auto 1.1 V

For the above to work, the difference between NB Voltage and DRAM Voltage needs to be less than 0.5 Volts. To run the current setup, you can try bumping the NB Voltage to 1.2 or 1.25 V. Try 1.2 V first since it is more conservative. Bump to 1.25 V if needed.

If neither 1.2 or 1.25 V works, set the NB Voltage to 1.2 V and manually set the first four timings to 8-8-8-19 @ 2T and 609/1218 MHz with a manually set DRAM Voltage of 1.55 V to remove overclocking and provide conservative settings for the AMD processor. See if this runs stable.

My BIOS only allows me to set my RAM speed on a ratio slider of 1:2, 1:2.66, 1:3.33, or 1:4 so I can't set my RAM to 609/1218 MHz when my base FSB frequency is 200MHz right? This means I'll have to adjust FSB frequency as well?

TBH, your frequencies are very strange. I'm going to look into those modules and see if I can find a stable solution for you.

    Try 9-9-9-20 @2T 667/1333 MHz NB: 1.2 V

    Or try 9-9-9-27 @2T 800/1600 MHz NB: 1.3 V

Also, I mistakenly said CPU NB Voltage when I meant NB Voltage. I have corrected my earlier post. I note you already have yours set to Auto at 1.3 V, but set it manually to 1.3 V.

I have time today so I am going to try these settings; was wondering what my DRAM voltage should be for either setting?

The factory OC recommended setting is 1.65 and the Auto value is 1.60. I will try with Auto first.

Also, my NB Voltage is 1.3V by default; setting it to 1.2 for the 9-9-9-20 @ 667/1333 test first. The BIOS has the value of 1.2 in red saying it's "not recommended" but here we go, *nervous laugh*.

... Okay, system is up and running. Waiting for BSOD (but hopefully not). Going to run prime95.

Try Auto for DRAM as you said. If that does not work, we can help you adjust the settings.

Ran an 80-minute test with prime 95; no errors no warnings. So far so good! Going to try other tasks now.

Got a Flash player plugin crash and then a Firefox crash typical of the old symptoms just now. Yuck.

I gave both of these a shot over the past week and neither one is properly stable. Have had some graphics card hiccups, and BSODs. Want to try with the RAM @ 800 and 1066 Mhz... what settings should I select for these speeds?
