IRQl_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Random BSOD in 3 weeks old ACER 5755G Laptop

Got a new acer laptop. But have been experiencing BSODs. They are non frequent. Laptop runs fine. Can play games etc. But random BSODs are becoming irritating now. Used acer recovery and recovered windows. Recently installed K-Lite Mega Codec Pack. Then while playing a game encountered IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD.
My OS is Windows 7 Home Basic x64 OEM. Havent installed anything new for now except some games. Also I cant find the ''save as'' option under perfmon so couldnt uplaod performance report.

Your McAfee probably caused your crashes...

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
Please remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

BSOD'S are a combination of things. No one thing usually causes them. McAffee may have existed perfectly until you updated or installed something else recently which conflicts with it. We can only recommend the most frequent causes of BSOD's to try and get you working asap.
