Random reoccurring BSOD since I installed new hardware

About a month ago I updated some hardware in my PC which I built in the summer of 2009. Here is the list of changes:
    • AMD Phenom II X3 720 upgraded to AMD Phenom II X4 965
    • XFX Radeon HD 4870 upgraded to EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
    • G.Skill 2x2GB DDR3 1333 upgraded to G.Skill 4x2GB DDR3 1333 (all sticks are the same model)

The rest of my system specs are in my profile. I have been getting random BSOD's since the new hardware has been installed, but I can't seem to pinpoint the problem. I do have my CPU and GPU mildly overclocked but I have stress tested both components thoroughly without any problems. Here is a rundown of everything I have tried:
    • Ran prime95 for 8+ hours with no errors
    • Ran memtest86+ for 8+ hours with no errors
    • Ran folding@home for 12+ hours to stress the GPU with no artifacting, overheating, or BSOD
    • Ran a HD diagnostic program from Western Digital with no errors
    • Confirmed that my PSU was outputting the required voltages through BIOS and SpeedFan
    • Reset my pagefile

And last but not least the Windows 7 specs:
    • x64 version
    • Windows 7 is the original installed OS
    • OEM version
    • Age of system: 3.5 years
    • Age of OS installation: 3 years

I'm at my wits' end and I really appreciate any help you guys are willing to give. Thank you!

Perfmon reports that the AODDriver isn't working correctly - this is from your ATI drivers. Have you uninstalled their drivers using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program? If you have done this, then try this driver cleaner app: Best ATI driver cleaner (I haven't tried it myself).

AMD OverDrive still shows as installed in MSINFO32 - this is the offending program and it needs to be removed.

Gigabyte EasySaver and EasyTune have been known to cause BSOD's (EasyTune6 is the biggest issue). Please uninstall them for troubleshooting purposes. If overclocking, please stop it while we're troubleshooting.

Older Razer Salamosa drivers are known to cause BSOD's. Please ensure that the drivers are the latest available from the Razer website.

Please uninstall SpeedFan as it's drivers date from 2006

Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    - Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
    - Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
    - DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
    - Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
    - Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.

Thank you for the reply! When I installed my new GPU the first thing I did was uninstall the ATI drivers and then run Driver Sweeper. I just ran it again to see if there were any remnants of the ATI drivers and what do you know, Driver Sweeper found some. I also uninstalled the other programs you mentioned, so I will let you know if these fixes did the trick!
