What new situation? Please describe exactly where the system gets to when booting, and what happens when it reboots.

Have you performed the 3 diagnostics that I recommended above? If not, please do so now.

The new situation is that I actually got to the desktop a few times today. When I get to the desktop and I update Windows I am not able to shut down my computer without getting the problem again. I don't get any new messages when booting.

Regarding the hitting F8 before the Windows Splash screen does not help - I can only chose to start Windows normal or in safety mode -> all giving a BSOD. I was able to get into the safety mode with CMD though.

It is getting late here and I wish I could test it now, but my eyes are almost closed writing this (so sorry for grammar / other failures). I hope that someone might be able to help me. I also hope that my new first post describe the problem 100%.

    Thanks

If you are in Windows, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post.
