Can anyone help me stop random black screens

Hello, recently i built a cpu and shortly after (2 days or so) it began sending me blackscreens. theese black screens happen at random no specific time and i cant seem to recreate the fault either . the following are the symptoms:

    power remains on(fans lights keyboard)
    screen goes black(duh right!?)
monitor falls asleep and says no signal when i try to turn monitor back on
i cant shut down my tower from the power buttons and am forced to use switch on psu
computer becomes non responsive(cant shut it down from keyboard either)
computer does crash(confirmed by online game, showing me logg off from another cpu)

    things i tried:

    bought a new power supply
    reseated everything except proccessor
    bought fans
    updated drivers and bios
    google
    virus scan
    verified validity of OS

if anyone has had this problem and managed to resolve it please help.

I realize you have re-intalled drivers, but just to make sure you did the proper sequence, please follow the next steps for your display card drivers.
    1. Download the latest drivers for your display card(s)
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
    4. Click Manage
    5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
    6. Expand Display adapters
    7. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
      • Right click the adapter
      • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
      • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    8. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
    9. Install the latest driver for the display cards once Windows starts

    Alternatively:
    1. Login as an adminstrative user
    2. Download the latest drivers for your display card(s)
    3. Click Start Menu
    4. Click Control Panel
    5. Click Hardware and Sound
    6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
    7. Expand Display adapters
    9. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
    10. Install the latest driver for the display cards once Windows starts

    Also, do the following steps.
