brandnew hardware BSOD problem

brand new computer eveytime i boot up after a bit i get the BSOD. i have windows 7 ultimate X64 after a short wile no matter what im doing i get the BSOD saying IRQL_NOT _LESS_OR_EQUIL. i know some basics about computers but this has me stumped.and i honestly dont know where to start this is all the dump files and stuff that it came p with and i cant get the health scanner to run in safe mode any help would be greatly appreciated Attachment 196312

EDIT: If it's a brand new computer, I would just take it back. You obviously have some hardware issues that shouldn't be occurring on a brand new computer. It will save you a lot of headaches to take it back instead of trying to find the problem

Looks like you have a bad motherboard or CPU

Most of your crashes are hardware 0x124 or watchdog 0x101

STOP 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT troubleshtg

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Re-seat your RAM. Make sure your CPU heatsink is secured onto the CPU.

Run these hardware tests
1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
