Consistent BSOD after boot

I've had my PC for just about 4 years now it was custom built by myself and in those 4 years it has never had a BSOD until today.
I first got a BSOD earlier today whilst playing Arkham City, I thought nothing of it and just rebooted my machine and it was working fine for a few hours then I got another BSOD whilst just browsing the web I started to get a bit suspicious but I restarted my machine and continued, then a couple of hours later the same thing happened again. Now when ever I boot my machine after about 5 mins I get a BSOD.

I have not installed any new hardware or software, and one thing I have noticed is that the BSOD error seems to be different each time.
I haven't taken note of all the errors its thrown up but here are a few:
BAD_POOL_HEADER
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

My main suspicion is that my RAM has gone, currently running memtest to check that out. Can anyone shed any light on what has possibly gone wrong?

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:

Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates

Some comments about the Asus P5 series of motherboards:

FWIW - I've seen a lot of issues with the Asus P5 series of boards. I usually recommend this:
- DO NOT use the AUTO setting for memory. Go to the RAM manufacturer's website and get the recommended settings for the RAM. Then set those settings manually in the BIOS
- one person with a 2009 BIOS has experienced success by updating the BIOS. This is dangerous and one simple mistake can easily damage your motherboard so it won't work. Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!

These devices have problems:

Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

VIA RAID Controller - 3249 PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3249&SUBSYS_32491106&REV_50\4&1542FBD&0&10F0 39 (Windows can't load the driver)

Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\4&20D7719E&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

The Security Processor Loader driver is usually present when there's a malware infection - or the damage caused by a malware infection hasn't been completely repaired. Please run some of these free anti-malware scans to ensure taht you're not infected: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Please reinstall the Via RAID Controller drivers. They'll be available at the PC manufacturer's website (or the motherboard manufacturer's site if it's a custom build). They'll either be available separately, or they'll be a part of the chipset drivers. I don't recall any VIA parts on the P5K series of boards, so I have to wonder if this is a separate card?

If you are using a USB keyboard, it's safe to ignore the message about the PS2 keyboard.

Win7 does not like wireless USB devices (such as your NETGEAR WG111v2 device). Please ensure that you have Win7 compatible drivers - and DO NOT use Vista drivers. These devices will spit out BSOD's at the drop of a hat if using Vista drivers! Here's my rant about these devices:

I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

This looks like a hardware problem to me (which can also be compatibility issues, low-level driver problems, or even malware). 4 memory dumps, 4 different BSOD error codes, 3 different causes blamed.

Your Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver (a driver named ASACPI.sys) is a known cause of BSOD's in the 2004 and 2005 versions. Yours dates from 2005. Please visit the Asus website here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K
Enter Vista 64bit for the OS (don't worry, I'll explain in the next line or two)
Scroll down to the Utility section and click the + sign next to it.
You'll see here that the ATK0110 driver package is also for Win7. Download and install it (ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit).

Your wireless device drivers also date from 2007 - so they can cause BSOD's. Please either update or remove them. Make sure that you only install Win7 compatible drivers - DO NOT install Vista drivers!!!

If the above things don't fix the BSOD's, then we'll start with hardware diagnostics (there's a list of free one's here: Hardware Diags )

- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
