as for the computer running fine now? is that show that the crash occurs due to startup programs? but i dont have any startup programs that can cause such errors... as far as i recall... theres only KIS, utorrent, printers and objectdock... these all have been run since the first time i install Win7 to my pc... i have also read that nero applications can cause this...
however my nero is the latest... its nero 11... and thank you for helping me through this... i really appreciate it
just wondering cause i never use such tool before.. can i diagnose both drives at the same time or only run for one drive at a time?
okay will give it a shot later... reagrding my HDD will it be fine?
okay this is weird.. i havent restart my computer yet and the COM Surrogate still happens... and one thing im not sure of... is it possible for the system to delete one whole folder? i think there is one folder inside some folder... but now its not there as its never there.. i dont get it ...
oh the software asked me to install net framework 4.0 while im sure i already had it installed since im using service pack 1 now... :S what should i do?
What folder is it? Some folders in Windows 7 are not actually folders but junctions (links to folders). That way, programs can install in Windows 7 as they would have in previous versions of Windows even though the file directory layout is different in Windows 7 than it was in its predecessors (2003, XP, 2000).
Install .Net Framework 4.0; it is not included in SP1. It is pretty much only installed if a program needs it, so if no programs have been installed to this point that needed that particular version of .Net Framework, you would not yet have it installed.
