okay thank you will download that and give it a try later... bcause at the moment im backuping some of my files incase something unwanted happens... please dont cause im gonna panicked so much if it does...

as for the computer running fine now? is that show that the crash occurs due to startup programs? but i dont have any startup programs that can cause such errors... as far as i recall... theres only KIS, utorrent, printers and objectdock... these all have been run since the first time i install Win7 to my pc... i have also read that nero applications can cause this...

however my nero is the latest... its nero 11... and thank you for helping me through this... i really appreciate it

You can determine which application after you are finished backing up the files. Just add one service or one program at a time through msconfig until your computer starts acting slow again.

I believe it does multiple drives at once.

Hard to say until after you have run the diagnostics for it.

What folder is it? Some folders in Windows 7 are not actually folders but junctions (links to folders). That way, programs can install in Windows 7 as they would have in previous versions of Windows even though the file directory layout is different in Windows 7 than it was in its predecessors (2003, XP, 2000).

Install .Net Framework 4.0; it is not included in SP1. It is pretty much only installed if a program needs it, so if no programs have been installed to this point that needed that particular version of .Net Framework, you would not yet have it installed.
