    Not mad at you at all. You can't know what you don't know.

    But if we had known 100 posts ago that your CPU was doing 100 deg, we could have closed this thread 90 posts ago.

    Now back on topic:

    With all due respect, you need to take your system to an expert in hardware or a local computer shop, and have him/them apply some thermal paste and place your CPU cooler level on the CPU.

    And have him/them check your airflow and if need be, place some extra fans.

    That will 99% sure fix your problem.

    Post back the results please.

    ok i cleaned outside and inside of pc. removed intel heat sink and fan and cleaned the top of cpu and bottom of heatsink. the i got artic silver and applied just like they said. and i now get 55c idle pc is happy

    stock thermal stuff that intel puts on sucks. lol

    thank you for putting up with me i learned alot from all of you and that is priceless. knowledge is power. this site rocks
