    BSOD casued by fltmgr.sys - error 0x0000003b, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    Here is my system information.
    Code:
    Is Windows 7
    - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system
    - full ultimate version (service pack 1)

    - CPU Intel I7 930

    - Motherborad DX58SO

    - Memory 4GB DDR3

    - What is the age of system (hardware)?
      Less than 2 years

    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
      Less than 2 years
I got this BSOD error during system shutdown. It seems my shutdown was taking a long time to execute and later when I came back and restarted the computer I got this report that there was BSOD.

Please find the zip file of BSOD as per your instructions.

    Thanks
    Sachin

Please remove or update these drivers (one from 2005?) JMH will address your malware application issues
    Code:
    SSPORT.sys 8/11/2005 6:07:32 PM
    fet6x64.sys 6/19/2008 6:40:18 AM
    dne64x.sys 11/10/2008 8:01:24 PM
    anodlwfx.sys 3/6/2009 5:10:08 AM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    > I note you have Kaspersky which is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I suggest you remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

    http://support.kaspersky.com/downloa...vremover10.zip

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    > Please make sure Defender is disabled.

    > If you require a Firewall after Kaspersky has been removed use the inbuilt Windows one.
    It is more than adequate.

    How to update dne64x.sys

    Hi,
My computer again got the BSOD.

This time it happened when I was changing my network adapter settings.
This time cause was dne64x.sys and I think that's the driver that is causing the problem.

I looked into this and this is Deterministic Network Enhancer provided by Citrix which comes as part of cisco vpn client.

So how do I update this driver. Is there any link where I can get the updated driver. Also whats the process of updating, should I just replace the file, or do I need to re-install cisco vpn client too.

Any help here would be appreciated in resolving the issue.

Here is brief or error and I have attached the dmp file also.

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000d1 dne64x.sysdne64x.sys+15824

    Thanks
