Could you zip up and upload the memory dumps please?
I've been wondering about hardware issues. Could you please run some of these free hardware diagnostics? Hardware Diags

I suspect the CPU, so I'd definitely get to the CPU stress tests - but it could also be memory (which means MemTest, Prime95, and even the hard drive (for virtual memory in the page file) - or even video memory), so I'm suggesting that you run all the tests.

I attach the last three dumps.

14 days ago I have tried several tests, all turned out OK:

- Furmark (FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net) - video
- GIMPS (Free Software - GIMPS) - CPU
- Memtest95 (boot from UBCD) - memory

No need to repeat Furmark or the memory test.
Your GIMPS test is the same thing as my Prime95 - so no need to repeat that if you ran it for at least 24 hours on the Blend test. FYI - this isn't a CPU test, it's a memory/memory controller test that stresses the cache memory (and the memory controller if so equipped) on the CPU. We have other CPU stress tests that I suggest that you run.

Is there a program that's manipulating your CPU speed? Such as an overclocking program or a Turbo mode or something like that. On occasion I've seen that these programs can cause BSOD's - either run from within the BIOS or from within Windows. Your system has slightly fluctuating clock speeds, so I have to wonder about this as a cause.

How about Systems Center Configuration Manager installing prepdrv.sys on your system?

AsIO.sys driver still dates from 2007. Please uninstall it - it most likely belongs to Asus PCProbe

Beyond all this, I have to wonder if your CPU and/or motherboard has limitations that might affect the ability to run VM's (despite the previous success). Please try the stuff here: Windows Virtual PC: Configure BIOS

Another option is to try another VM software - such as VMware or Virtual Box.

Today I tried to remove graphic card and I/O card - no change
I tried boot system without drivers and services (msconfig) too - no change
I unistalled SCCM - no change

I try to run overnight for 24 hours Prime95
I do not use overclocking, all setings in my BIOS I have to default values
AsIO.sys is probably the driver from Asus app for BIOS update. That's not need.
BIOS is set well - hardware virtualization is enabled. As I wrote - in the middle of January, everything worked - with the Virtual PC was no problem.

Yet another possibility - I have two disks that are connected to RAID1 (Intel ® Matrix Storage Technology - G45 chipset). It can not be a problem?

Yeah, but what in the system is not compatible? Prime95 test did not show any errors. Today I have tried to replace RAM modules by another, but it did not help.

This is the timeline:
around January 15, 2012 - installing new graphics card GeForce 210, GeForce drivers installation of CUDA and OpenCL drivers, installation of MS Visual Studio 2010 Express, Virtual PC is fully functional!
from 16/01/2012 to 26/01/2012 - system approximately once or twice a day falls on a 0x116 BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys) occasionally freezes firefox, tried reinstalling several drivers for GeForce, otherwise in the system does not change anything. Virtual PC is still fully functional!
from 27.01.2012 until now - has not changed anything, nor hardware or software. After run the Virtual PC the system fall to BSOD 0xD1, sometimes appears error 0x116 BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys), but it solve BIOS update at February 13, 2012 (thank you for advice)

I think that any driver or system file is damaged by frequent crashes of the system. Is there any method to recover all drivers and MS system files without reinstalling Windows?

Critical Windows files can be fixed with SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
Driver files require reinstallation

In most cases the crash won't damage the drivers - because the driver gets loaded into memory and the actual file is left alone.

Do you have another video card that you can try? If so, make sure you remove the video drivers before removing the old card, then install freshly downloaded drivers with the new card.

I tried to remove the PCIe GeForce graphics card and remove drivers. In the BIOS I turned on the integrated graphics card Intel GMA X4500HD and installed last drivers from Asus. No result - the system still falling to BSOD 0xD1 after run Virtual PC.

I tried sfc.exe and found no errors.

I installed VMWare viewer, convert old Virtual PC and it runs without any problems (the only problem is the need to activate XP mode). This could be a solution, but I would be interested why the standard Windows Virtual PC crashes.
