BSOD after run Windows XP mode, error 0xd1

After run any virtual computer (Windows XP mode) Windows Virtual PC crashes to BSOD 0x000000d1. In safe mode I can't run virtul PC (can't run virtualpc server), after diagnostic startup (msconfig) system crashes too. I tried almost everything. Please help me.

Drivers aren't installed for your 2 serial, 1 LPT port PCI Card made by MosChip Semiconductor Technology.
Please download and install the drivers immediately - or remove the device from your system.

Only 995 mB of RAM available - reduce the number of startup items and only run one application at a time.
Consider upgrading the system so it can handle a 64 bit version of Windows 7.

Only one memory dump in the upload - MSINFO32 shows at least 3 of them. If cleaning the system with a utility such as CCleaner, please stop while we're troubleshooting. All 3 blame vpcvmm.sys (more on this later)

While vpcvmm.sys is to blame, there's much more than just blaming this.
1 - the Microsoft Virtual PC program must be fully updated through Windows/Microsoft Update
2 - ALL of the Virtual Machines must also be fully updated through Windows/Microsoft Update
3 - older, incompatible drivers must be removed from the system. I'll address that in the next paragraphs.
4 - unknown programs must be tested to see if they are contributing. I'm referring to the Czech language programs on your system that I'm unfamiliar with (since I don't read/speak Czech)

Your Compaq EAWDMFD (Easy Access WDM Filter Driver) driver (EAWDMFD.sys) dates from 1999 and MUST BE UNINSTALLED!!!

Your Compaq Easy Access PS/2 Keyboard Filter Driver (eaps2kbd.sys) dates from 2001 and MUST BE UPDATED!!!

Your iKey drivers date from 2006, please update to the latest Win7 version available here: iKey Drivers| SafeNet

I will need the exact make and model of your motherboard and CPU (or the system if it's an OEM build such as Compaq) in order to check on BIOS updates (these can affect the ability of a system to run VM's).

3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.

Hello,
I updated all drivers, I deleted some. I even tried to reinstall Windows (the option "upgrade"), to be sure that the system files are intact. Unfortunately, there is still the same error. Virtual PC worked perfectly until January 23, 2012. Since that date I have not changed anything in the system.

I do not know whether this is related, but in early January, I installed the video card GeForce 210 Since then occasionally crashed system to BSOD 0x116 (error in NVLDDMKM.SYS) - reinstalling drivers do not help (I tried 5 versions). But Virtual PC to work, so I did not solve it.

My motherboard is Asus P5Q-EM. Thanks.

There is a new problem - from time to time (about twice a day) Firefox freezes my computer (no moving mouse, no keyboard (even no numlock) - only static screen). The only thing I can do is hard reset. I try update the Firefox, disable all modules, but it did not help. What the hell is going on?

FWIW - I've seen a lot of issues with the Asus P5 series of boards. I usually recommend this:
- DO NOT use the AUTO setting for memory. Go to the RAM manufacturer's website and get the recommended settings for the RAM. Then set those settings manually in the BIOS
- one person with a 2009 BIOS has experienced success by updating the BIOS. This is dangerous and one simple mistake can easily damage your motherboard so it won't work. Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!

Please note that there are multiple BIOS updates that could be affecting your problems. Please CAREFULLY follow the steps to update your BIOS. I recommend that you do it in 2 or 3 steps - v1406, then v1605, then v2203

I tried updating BIOS (from ver. 0404 to 2203) a all drivers from ASUS.
Firefox still no freezes, and I have not BSOD faults 0x116.

With Virtual PC problem persists - immediately after the start of the virtual PC my system crashes to BSOD 0xD1

Create a new virtual machine completely from scratch - to see if that one crashes. Don't install anything but Windows Udpates and any missing drivers (from Device Manager).

If that one crashes, then we suspect the Virtual PC software (uninstall it, then reinstall a freshly downloaded copy). If it doesn't crash, then it's most likely that virtual machine that has a problem.

I did the following steps:
- uninstall KB958559 and Windows Virtual PC (from system components)
- uninstall Windows XP mode
- restart
- install only Windows Virtual PC (by the installing KB958559), I have not installed Windows XP mode this time
- create new blank Virtual PC with new virtual HDD

Nothing has changed, the system immediately after starting this new virtual PC crashes BSOD 0xd1
