NETIO.SYS is known as network driver problem, but can also be caused by antiviruses like Norton/McAfee.

I see you have MSE and assume you don't have any of the products above.

So we'll enable driver verifier for 36 hours . It makes buggy/old drivers cause BSoD.

thanks for the reply. with verifier running it crashes before or just after startup. i think some of the dumps wern't recorded as i didnt have replace existing reports selected initially. so the "irql not less than equal. tcpip.sys. 0xd1" crashes may not be in file.

Okay, what are you doing at the time of crash?
Do you have any other antivirus except MSE installed on your computer? Any back-up tool?

Ok, the problem is even verifier does not give accurate information on your dumps. and if you get BSoDs both on and off verifier this means there's a problem with the laptops hardware. It can be either defective hardware, or incompatible hardware.

Anyway, keep verifier enabled for few more hours and upload the next BSoD dumps.

Were your bsod problems resolved? Did verifier give out more .dmps?
