It appears you may have some application conflicts. Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup to see if you can determine what is causing them (in other words: see if the system responds better and applications are more stable).

I performed the clean set up and then ran the game for 3 hours no problems. I want make sure I understand what to do next. I am to follow step 2 in determining problem tutorial? If so I get a bit confused at step 5 of that section. Do I keep playing till there is another crash?

Play until you are sure that the system will not crash, or play until you get a crash. Now that you have a clean startup, you can do as suggested in the tutorial and enable half the services, or you can enable one at a time. I personally like to enable one at a time until the problems return to determine which service is causing the conflict. Make sure Microsoft services are hidden as in the tutorial during enabling and disabling of services.

Then you can do the same with startup items by adding the ones you want one at a time if needed. Not all startup items need to be enabled; I usually only have a few enabled on my systems myself.

    Greetings,

Since last time I made contact on this issue I decided to play until I had another crash. I had the same type of crash and I am not sure but the current crash seems to be 6 days between crashes if I am not mistaken. I wanted to update this problm and I am not sure how to proceed but I'll see if I can pick up where I left off on that tutorial for clean set up. Hopfuly this will help figure out what the real issue is.

    regards,

    Dank
