Before handing over your PC, I would recommend setting the BIOS to defaults by going to the EXIT screen and loading setup/optimized defaults.

You had two different sets of RAM, and I went with the timings for your slower RAM so the faster ram would be underclocked. That is much safer/more stable than overclocking the slower RAM. The 1.55 V bump to the NB voltage gives more support for the CPU Memory Controller to interface with the RAM.

Have you always had the three modules installed during that entire 3 years, or did you get an upgrade at some point?

When i first bought my pc(5 years ago) i had only the 2 rams of 1gb. After 2 years i bought the 2gb ram and also replaced my gpu with a new one. The freezes started to happen after 1 year of using my pc with all the rams.

Could be your old RAM deteriorated due to the stress of overclocking it to run with the new RAM. It could also be other hardware deterioration. We'll have to see what the shop says to know what caused the problems.

Hey. So i got my pc back 1 week ago from the pc store. They told me that all the problems were related to my graphics card. So i bought a nvidia gtx 560 and replaced the old one and everything is fixed. No blackscreens or freezes any more. They also told me that the freezes i had were also related to the graphics card and weren't related with the rams.

Anyway thanks a lot for all the work you did and all the help you gave me in order to fix my pc. Have fun :)
