    Howdy,

Do you recall having done any changes recently around the time it first started crashing? Also, is this the latest version of this software?

To garner some more details on the case, one will need a crashdump. There may be a .dmp file and the directory to it listed when you click View problem details. Note that from my understanding that this dmp file is temporary and will disappear if you close the error message, so make a copy of it before doing so and send it to us. Otherwise, another method (probably not as good) would be to manually generate one. When the error message is still up, open Task Manager, go to Process tab and then locate TVpanel.exe, right click it and click Create Dump. The only problem with this method is that it creates a bigger dump file than the minidump mentioned previously. This provides a lot more beneficial information than a minidump, but it's also a lot bigger, and will most likely require you to zip it up and upload it to a 3rd-party filesharing site. The reason why I think it may not be as good as the minidump is that it may capture the application in a state that is "too late", which will make troubleshooting difficult or impossible. Still, it is worth a shot.

If you wish, an alternative to creating a larger dump file and instead manually create a minidump file, would be to use Process Explorer. It's basically a beefed up Task Manager. Perform the same method as previously instructed, except specify that you want a minidump instead of a full one.

Aside from a crashdump, the only information I can scrounge up on this is that it's stating that the application referenced memory using a bad address.
