You have already done all the troubleshooting steps I would recommend. At this point, this appears to be a hardware problem. Start removing unnecessary hardware and seeing if it makes a difference. I am inclined to think it is either a motherboard, CPU, or memory problem based on the behavior and the quote that I had in my recent post. I am leaning toward CPU, but any of the three could cause the CPU to behave oddly.

What RAM do you currently have in the system? Can you do the steps Dave suggested in the quote?

If you remove any components, read Avoid Static Damage to Your PC | PCWorld first.

    Hello,

I've attached the RAM memory info.
My temps are : 41 minimum and 78 maximum.

I was affraid of that answer ... motherboard or CPU.
Because my learning slope is already ... vertical, I can't dissasemble it, the Ram was easy...

I think it is something that expands along with the temp.... am I even close ?

Is it possible to postpone the boot for 30 seconds or something, until the components gain temp ?

    Thank you,
    Alex

Even if you could postpone startup, whatever is failing will eventually get worse and that will stop helping. It is best to determine the cause now.

Need the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. SPD has different slots, so post a pic of each slot, as well.

You are mixing and matching RAM in the machine which is known to cause conflicts in systems. Remove the Samsung 2 GB module.

Manually set the first four timings to 9-9-9-24 with a command rate of 2T if your BIOS allows you to do so. Do you have voltage and timings controls in the BIOS?

Nevermind, I see you cannot navigate to voltage or timings in the BIOS. Remove the Samsung 2 GB module and post your CPU-Z screen shots again. We'll see if removing it helps the timings reconfigure to the right set.

Do you still have the boot options set to their defaults? If not, set them back and see if you still have a cold boot crash.

The RAM settings are not optimal, but they will have to do since they cannot be changed. Hopefully the laptop manufacturer set things up for a stable config and things will be fine.

The boot is set to default.
    I will keep you posted.

Is it possible to change the settings any other way ?

    Thank you,

Unfortunately, no. I imagine Acer setup the BIOS for the most stable configuration for the system, so your RAM settings are probably determined for optimal stability. I would not worry about it too much. If you continue to have crashes, you can contact Acer directly and see what can be done.

    Hello,

What have I done (2 more cold boots).

    1. Cold boot with 1 stick of Ram (Corsair).
Result : Freeze during Windows boot with the wireless led on.( No BSOD)

    2. Cold boot, F8 for 20 seconds afterwards Start Windows Normally.
    Result : Perfect boot.

    Any thoughts ?

    Thank you,
    Alex

PS I have contacted Acer, waiting for response.
