BSOD playing SWTOR 0x000000000000031

Hi.

I keep getting BSODs, especially when playing SWTOR, but it has happened when not playing a game at all, just listening to spotify.

I got a tip from a friend that it could be a conflict between HDMI audio and sound card, that's why some devices are disabled in the performance report.

Thankful for all help, since its a brand new comp, and I just want to play my games

So I ran through FurMark for three hours with the fur donut and the blur shader thingy and it leveled out at 75˚C and no bluescreen.

I ran S&M cpu stress test three times without issues. I booted up and ran memtest. The first time it froze on 58% so I forced a reboot and ran it again, then it completed two passes without reporting errors.

30 minutes into SWTOR, it BSed again with "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval".

I checked my drivers with uniblue driver scanner, I don't know if that is enough.

Memtest86+ should be run for at least 7 passes. The fact that it froze is not a good sign. That either means your CPU, memory, or motherboard is going bad or is already bad. Could also be the PSU, but the first three are most likely with freezes, and the CPU is probably most likely with the crash you are receiving.

Are you overclocking at all?

No, no overclocking.

Should I runt memtest again, I read in another thread here that it should be run for several more passes to yield any proper results.

and you said 7 passes too. read it a bit to fast. sorry.

I'll run memtest again, and some more CPU stressers.

I ran memtest again and it froze on the 6th pass. Running more CPU stresstests now.

Alright, good idea. Also, please provide us with your RAM settings.

Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

But I can't find the stress.txt it is referring to.

Attached CPU-Z results and voltage values (I took these from the asus AI suite, is this enough or does it need to be the BIOS values?)

The shop told me to update BIOS and do a Clear CMOS/Clear RTC RAM, so I'll do that now as well.
