As a first step, clear the CMOS: How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

You will need to backup your data first since this will reset your RAID controller and will likely result in loss of data. Create a system image if possible:

If you would like to avoid the above, you could see if it is a RAM issue and try running with one stick of RAM at a time. You could also update your BIOS and see if it resolves the problem.

K so kernell errors are hard drives? I'll try to backup date I suppose, if I can find enough space, I got over 4TB of data in raid 0

No, the kernell error is pointing to a possible power issue or controller issue regarding your CPU. Loading setup defaults through the BIOS may fix this error.

I am not saying it is a hard disk issue. I am recommending backing up your information because you are running a RAID configuration that will likely be wiped by the CMOS reset. This is one of the many reasons I avoid RAID. Why RAID is (usually) a Terrible Idea - Puget Custom Computers

I understand. Let us know when you have a chance to reset the CMOS and see if it fixes your event viewer errors. :)
