Navigation Pane Is Empty, Tired SFC, Didn't Work

Alright, so my Navigation Pane is empty and i looked online and it told me to do SFC scan now and replace my old Explorer.dll's. Sounds simple enough right? Wrong. I did exactly that and nothing worked. I then went to Microsoft Help Desk where some dude remotely controlled my Desktop trying to fix the problem. He reinstalled a few registries relating to the pane and also tried replacing the DLL's. Nothing worked. He pretty much told me my only solution was to reinstall. I reinstalled windows about a month ago and i would much rather NOT do that again :/ Is there any other method of fixing this problem. Here is a picture: http://www.newinn.eclipse.co.uk/Capture.PNG The picture isn't mine, but its the exact same thing. I am currently doing a system restore, but its been at "System Restore is restoring registry" for the past 30 minutes.

Follow all of these tutorials to add each one back one by one (obviously you use the add option):
Libraries Folder - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Favorites - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Homegroup - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Network - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Control Panel - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
User Folder - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Recycle Bin - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane
Computer - Add or Remove from Navigation Pane

If for some reason you do not have a Navigation Pane, follow this tutorial:
Navigation Pane - Turn On or Off

You could also try opening an Explorer Window and going to Organize - Folder and search options, select the General Tab and under Navigation Pane select Show all folders.

Alright, i did exactly that right before i entered a system restore to an earlier time. Me and the Microsoft Representative added all the panes and everything, but nothing seemed to work. I am currently in System Restore, as soon as this is done i'll see if anything changed or not.
