Buon giorno, arcoruorior. Try updating your wireless network card with these drivers then reboot and see if there's a difference.

Download those drives from the web page, uninstall your existing drivers, then install the driver you just downloaded.

    from bad to...

I have tried to update the drivers but without success.
I used the system boot and went back to the last known working setup.
This solves the problems with the blue screen and allows me to use the computer in normal mode, BUT now the mousepad or mouse don't work.
I tried to download the mouse manufacturer's drivers but with no result.
I received a letter from Kaspersky who agrree with the fact that the problem is caused by the Atheros driver, they racommended
Atheros AR5xxx/AR9xxx Series Wireless Driver 9.2.0.113 WHQL Windows 7(32/64-bit) - Open Drivers
    for the file download.
I will try to do like that but now every operation is quite difficult without the mouse.

    tried installing the atheros drivers

I have tried installing the atheros drivers, the installation seemed to work but the touchpad/mouse don't work, making the computer almost unusable.

The link you posted for your wireless network card is the same version driver that I posted. You can attach a wireless or USB mouse to the laptop temporarily until you get the touchpad working.

Download this driver for the touchpad. This is from Acer's support site in Italy. Try uninstalling the touchpad driver in Control Panel under Programs or right click on the driver in Device manager then reboot. See if Windows automatically insatalls a driver that works. If it doesn't, remove it again then install the driver package you downloaded.

    pointer still not working

I have tried to install previously a synaptic driver.
I could not do that because a newer version was installed.
I then Unistalled the previouse version from control panel/programs and then re-installed the dowloaded drivers. No results, the arrow is still stuck.
Tried to install the driver you have suggested, the installation was successful but the pointer still does not work . Even an external mouse would not work .
The device manager signals something wrong with the drivers, (erroe code 39, damaged or missing driver)
I now unistalled the ALPS drivers becuase the synaptics drivers were still used.
P.S. at shutdown there seems to be a program running, (TASK HOST WINDOWS) the screen only appears for 1 second, then it shuts down normally.

The Italian version of Acer's website only lists the Alps Touchpad driver. It looks like you had the Synaptics driver installed when you posted the BSOD info above.

Try installing the Synaptics drivers from this page: United States Drivers.

If the touchpad doesn't work, install the Launch Manager software listed under Applications and try again.

touchpad and mouse still not working

    thanks for all the feedback..
Yes these were the drivers which i installed unsuccesfully.
I had to unistall the previous synaptics drivers to be able to launch the install file,
Did that and istalled the synaptics drivers above.
I had no results and so i tried the alps drivers
    The mouse/touchpad are still unusable...
i then unistalled the alps drivers...still stuck
