AMD CPU and 1600MHz RAM always throws up a flag for me, there are known issues with this combination.
Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Core Temp, to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

The good news is that your RAM is running at 1333MHz (2 X 666.7MHz).

The bad news, this RAM appears to be optimized for Intel motherboards.
It is the RAM the Kingston recommends for your motherboard but, that doesn't mean it will run on an AMD motherboard.
The first give away is the CPUZ information, DC Mode is greyed out, this is important as it needs to be in 'Unganged Mode', check your BIOS settings for this and make sure it is selected.
The second indication is the 'XMP' listing, XMP is an Intel feature.

I have seen many RAM kits that are suppose to run on Intel and AMD boards that won't run on AMD. Since they sell more RAM for Intel systems it has been optimized more for Intel.
Best to find RAM that is for AMD only.

You can try to adjust a few settings to see if we can get it stable.
Set the 'CPU NB VID Control' to 1.20v, the default setting should be 1.10v.
Set the 'DDR3 Voltage Control' to 1.550v.
Let us know the results.

Any reason for disabling the fan/temp warnings?

- CPU FAN Fail Warning
- System FAN Fail Warning
These are important, I would enable them.

Your BIOS version, F1, is the original version. The latest version is F5 there are a couple 'memory compatibility' updates mentioned.
This is FYI for now but, may need to come back to this.

I noticed your motherboard has two RAM slots, this will make the 'Unganged Mode' irrelevant.

Bump the 'CPU NB VID Control' to 1.25v.

Your RAM is running at 1333MHz, which will not cause any issues because it is not running above 1333MHz, this is where lots of people are having problems.

I would hold off on the BIOS update, let's see if this voltage bump can get it running stable.
Of coarse it is your computer and your choice.
It is best to not Flash your BIOS unless you have no other choice.
FYI, BIOS Flashing With Qflash, use the USB method.
