I'd suspect the CPU is the one with that temperature, but check your BIOS for the final call. If you don't know how to find the CPU temperature in the BIOS, check Page 50 here:

If the CPU really is the culprit, confirm the CPU fan is working right, and if so, remove the fan and cooler, remove the old thermal paste, and apply a fresh layer of Arctic Silver.
