    BSOD at my lenovo

I have 3 weeks old laptop and have bsod-s every day. First i have bsod every 3-4 day, now in last few days i have bsod-s every day.I have lenovo y570 model, intel cpu i5 2.4ghz, two gpu (intel intergrated and nvidia gt 555m), 4 gb ddr3 ram, windows x64 ultimate
In event viewer says: source: Kernel-Power, event ID: 41, task category (63), first bugcheck code: 126, second bugcheck code: 0
I have the newest driver updates.. i dont know what to do..
I have suspicious it is nvidia problem because of nvlddmkm.sys file in bsod. First i set drivers from lenovo official site and then from nvidia site but nothing helps.
I am sending minidump of last crash and last two bsod-s in pictures... someone please look at that and help please...

I would just take the laptop back. A brand new laptop shouldn't be crashing

If you would like to try and fix it then please upload a report
    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

    Code:
    nvlddmkm.sys Mon May 02 20:37:51 2011 (4DBF4E5F)
The one crash you uploaded blames your video card driver. Update it - Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
