BSOD while/after Shutting down pc

I shut it down as normal and got a bluescreen right after. it restarted and gave me a message "Windows Has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" I have a feeling it might be my USB netgear adapter because it started making some weird noises after the restart. and received this error code;

Run an sfc/scannow command in an elevated command prompt. If errors are found, run it twice more with each scan followed by a reboot.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Boot into Advanced Boot Options and choose the Last Known Good Configuration option. This should start Windows with the last known registry and driver options that worked.

Enable Driver Verifier. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

The following drivers need to be updated:
Code:
FNETURPX.SYS       Sat Oct 04 12:27:02 2008
GEARAspiWDM.sys    Mon May 18 22:17:04 2009
