    Window Explorer always not responding once i click into it.


    My window explorer always not responding and need me to restart it. But it only happens when i click into window explorer but not other applications.

    Your dump file is quite large as you don't have your settings set for small memory dumps. In the below tutorial, scroll down to Option 2 and download (and Run) the 2nd .reg file.

    It's just to make your dump file smaller. It needs to be smaller because

    a) I may not be able to download it if it's too big,
    and
    b) it will take an age to load.

    I should be able to download the file however the loading will take a lot of time. Posting a smaller dump file would make my job a whole lot easier and quicker.

    i tried the way but how come my dump file is still almost the same size? a few hundred mb .

    Unfortunately, you'll have to wait for another BSOD for another dump file to be made. Let's hope that doesn't happen though. :)
