Random Blue Screen , usually irql_not_less_or_equal

    I started having BSOD's after installing windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.\

    Specs:

Processor : Intel Core Duo CPU

    RAM : 2 GB

    Full Retail

Graphics Card : intel g33/g31 express chipset family

    Additional Info:
Most of the time it is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
It usually happens when its idle.
I just reinstall it a few weeks ago.
My original version was 32 bit, but I upgraded it to 64 bit.

I would not recommend using a 64bit OS on your system. Unless you have 4GB+ RAM, 32bit is the way to go. Do you have any reasons not to reinstall 32bit Windows 7?

Right, okay. If the BSOD's continue after the RAM increase, post back with the new dump files. In the mean time you should:

Run an sfc/scannow command in an elevated command prompt. If errors are found, run it twice more with each scan followed by a reboot.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Update the following drivers:

    Code:
    e1e6032e.sys Wed Mar 25 05:17:23 2009
    GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 22:17:04 2009
    WlanUZG.sys Fri Dec 22 23:05:49 2006

It may take a bit of research. For example, GEARAspiWDM.sys come up with the following:

You will then need to identify which of the software you have and update or reinstall it.

Sorry, the spldr.sys driver can be excluded from this list of drivers to update.
