    BSOD Yet AGAIN!!!!


    Random times getting an IRQL Not Less or Equal BSOD error.....

    Attached is the logs again.

    Win 7 32 bit
    HP Elite Book
    Vista OEM originally -- upgraded to Windows 7 Home
    OS install is 6 months old
    Age of system hardware --- IDK?!

    Let me know if I can provide any further info

    Easy, Your Symantec.

    Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

    I uninstalled Symantec? It is not showing in Add/Remove Programs, and I used CC Cleaner to remove the remnants.


    Edit --- I also am running the Microsoft Security Essentials app

    I have installed and run the removal app, let's let it roll for a few days and see how it goes....

    Norton is one of the more difficult to remove apps. Let us know how it goes.
