    Freeze Modifying or Saving photos

I have been trying to figure out what my issue is with photos. It doesn't matter where the photo is (Firefox, IE, Windows Photo Viewer, Photoshop), when I try to modify or save it or rotate it, it often takes me multiple tries for each photo.

Typically, the computer just freezes up and the only solution I've found is to manually turn off the computer and start again. It doesn't happen every single time, but more like 2 out of three times.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Add: I know that this isn't a BSOD issue (because my system only freezes-no blue screen), but I attached the .html report anyway.

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here.

I think I did this right - my log should be attached.

    Several issues

Lets start with CredantEMS. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Second many, many errors regarding Bonjour service. I would disable to test. I assume you have some apple device you are trying to sync or charge with it.

After those if you are crashing upload the DMP and or event logs.

    Edit:

Please update your realtek gigabit driver.

After trading out Credant and disabling Bonjour, it works perfectly!

I tried to update my driver, but it said I have the latest version. Since the other things seem to have resolved the issue, I'll leave it for now.

    Thank you!
