The problem appears to be adildrx64.sys Since it's not even in our driver database I'm guessing it's old.
The information I was able to find on it is such.
with description USB Firmware loader is a driver file from company Analog Deivces belonging to product ADI ADSL chipset loader.
The file is digitally signed from
Ikanos Communications, Inc. - VeriSign Time Stamping

As I am not familiar with this specific driver I don't have a lot of input I don't know if your usb will function without it or not. Nor can I find a updated version.

I am relatively certain it's the cause of your problem though.

Counterstrike Source problem.
I have no idea whats going on but everytime I launch CSS the screen resolution seems to mess up and there are no Buttons to click on the menu, just the CSS photo. Is this a known issue with an easy fix? Thanks. Took a screenshot of it, unedited.
