Windows 7: BSOD when using uTorrent on 64Win7

So I left my laptop torrenting overnight and by morning I had another BSOD.
This time it seemed to be afd.sys causing problems.
In my efforts to figure this out I found this thread:
Blue Screen afd.sys

I have an Atheros AR8151 Ethernet controller, however I only use my wifi on the laptop. A Broadcom 802.11n network adapter.

Windows automagically found driver updates for the Broadcom, but not the Atheros.
I shall again test the system for another day and see if the driver update solved anything.

I have included another dump incase I am barking up the wrong tree entirely.
Thanks again for your help!

One troubleshooting step that we have not tried is: connect via the Ethernet adapter and see if you continue to have problems during downloading. Disable your wireless adapter or turn it off via the laptop switch/Fn-F** (where ** represents the proper function key for your wireless enable/disable feature) during this test.

I also note AVG installed on the system. Please remove with the AVG remover and replace with one of the two security setups I mentioned previously.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
or the
Good and Free system security combination.

Still getting BSODS. This time again when leaving uTorrent going over night.
To recap, I have uninstalled AVG and installed Microsoft's antivirus software.
I have updated my wireless drivers.

Tonight I shall turn off my wi-fi and let uTorrent download via Ethernet cable instead.

Included is my latest dump.

Same as before... In addition to updating your drivers, I would recommend making sure Windows is up to date. I noticed that Service Pack 1 has not yet been installed.

Update to Service Pack 1 (SP1)
