BSOD Randomly, not sure of reason :/

Hey guys, new here and been reading posts and seems like best place to go. Ima try to keep this short cuz soon as i downloaded the BSOD thing it insta crashed right after almost so heres my system specs.

    Asus P8P67 Deluxe Rev 3.0
    Intel I7 2600k
    Corsair Vengance 4x4 Ram
    Windows 7 64 Ultimate
    Evga Geforce GTX 570 HD

So ya, if need any more info ill try best to provide it. Everything was going good first day i built PC and had friend help me but i ran into a error on firefox and it kept insta crashing for some reason along with something else so i just said screw it and reinstalled windows and this where problems began.

I installed same MB drivers from MB site which went good.
    Windows updates were failing randomly.
Graphics card driver was giving me a 7zip CRC error when installing driver which it didnt before and didnt need 7zip before when i installed.
    Skype wouldnt install.
Random errors on screen that i cant even remember that would pop up.

Just ton of random issues and now the lovely BSODS. There is one thing i dont get, i did the system health report and looked at it myself and i seem to get alot of low ratings on like mem and graphics card...thats strikes me as odd or something is wrong cuz i spent alot of money on this pc and its saying its low lol? Idk idc bout that right now i just wanna know what issue is so i can know what to send back to newegg if need be, so here is the zip files, hopefully i did this right and explained everything right.

Here is the zip, ty in advance for any help to narrow this issue down cuz its really hendering me and i spent so much money from income tax on this to play with my friends finally and now i cant even enjoy, im sitting here everyday trying to figure out the issue, day before yesterday i spent from 12 noon till 6am at night trying to fix this so ya...its a little depressing to say the least.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.

    Great, as I said above:

Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
Ken (zigzag3143) may have more to add so wait for his input too.

Ya its running right now on desktop, im on laptop at the moment, GPU is out on this laptop so its like running in safe mode all the time lol. Thanks for input so far and ill take it all. Was just saying i ran it before i just didnt let it run for more than 1 pass cuz of how long it seemed to take and i was impatient at the time.

Well ill be on here checking back and forth while memtest runs, thanks again so far and in advance.

EDIT: 1 thing i forgot to add was that i can be playing heavy games on pc fine and never get a BSOD but the pc also started randomly hanging like freezing where i couldnt click nothing with the mouse but it would move then pc would catch up few secs later and thats when i first reinstalled windows and all this happened. Will post back when memtest done or if i need to reply.

Well its on 3rd pass and still nothing yet, what im thinking of doing is moving off of the ram test for now and letting it run tonight when i go to sleep. Would like to possibly trouble shoot other possibliites it could be from what u guys can gather from the dump files and system health i posted cuz the system health thing did look really weird on the results for my computer but im not sure how to translate it or what to do with the info.

Again ty for the help and really hope can solve this. I wanna try to narrow issue down cuz after 2 more weeks i have to deal with manufactors warranty instead of neweggs and that can be a hassle from what ive read and i rather deal with newegg while the parts are still under there warranty for now.

And also i noticed that in 1 of the dumps that it listed SP1 or something related to that in the file name. Its just so many things it could be it seems ugh. I cant check the dmp at the moment cuz on laptop but after this last pass is done on RAM ima stop it and restart tonight when i zzz so can hopefully trouble shoot some other areas and see.

Jaidyn has it covered. If your memory passes memtest we can move on to driver verifier.
