perfmon /report shows problems with your Elby CD driver. Please install the programs from Elaborate Bytes to see if that fixes this error.

Lot's of older drivers that need updating:
    GEARAspiWDM.sys Tue Apr 08 15:15:38 2008 (47FBC45A)
Belongs to a CD/DVD program - most often seen in iTunes

    RtVLAN60.sys Sun Dec 02 21:19:41 2007 (475367BD)
Realtek Virtual Miniport driver for VLAN
Most likely belongs to your Realtek network card

    SYMEVENT.SYS Mon Jan 14 18:29:24 2008 (478BF054)
    SRTSPX.SYS Wed Oct 08 17:02:46 2008 (48ED1FF6)
    SRTSP.SYS Wed Oct 08 17:00:38 2008 (48ED1F76)
    SYMTDI.SYS Mon Jan 08 21:31:16 2007 (45A2FE74)
    SPBBCDrv.sys Thu Jan 17 21:12:20 2008 (47900B04)
These belong to Symantec/Norton and MUST be removed. Once it's uninstalled, please use the free Norton Removal tool ( |MG| Norton Removal Tool 2012.0.5.15 Download ) to remove any remnants.
Download and install a free antivirus for testing purposes: http://www.carrona.org/freeav.html

If all of that doesn't fix the BSOD issue, then try the troubleshooting steps here: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting
