    Won't shutdown then BSOD


    Hi to all,

    Everytime i shutdown my laptop, after a few mins it will hang up then BSOD will appear.

    As far as i remember, that changes i had before bluescreen appears was when i updated my itunes to iOS 5. I uninstall itunes and downloaded windows updates but problem still persist. It's been my burden for two months and also i don't have much time fixing it.

    Hope someone can help..

    ALL of these were related to your USBHUB.SYS driver.

    I would try this first.

    Hi zigzag3143,

    Tried your suggestion but after doing so another bluescreen appeared w/ "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" error message. What should i do next?

    update windows then i restart my unit..hang-up in in shutting down then BLUESCREEN AGAIN "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER"

    thinking of trying your previous suggestion on BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

    i have it tried to 3-4x but still "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER" bluescreen is still there. i've followed it step by step but why is it the problem is still there?? i'm so helpless..
