Windows 7 clean install, but always multiply errors ?

I installed the operating system for the third time again, but just the same errors continue. I do not know anymore than what I could do that, buy a new machine, or at least a new motherboard.

Every time you boot the machine so the errors are coming, but the errors are different every time. I think that in 2006 purchased the machine is too old for windows7, as the sole measure munulla does not have the BIOS update, but I do not know even that helps.

I have to restart the machine every morning for about three or four times before it starts normally. Device Manager as I have just one question mark that is "NTativrv01" Event Log I get the following errors:

    2 x Critical kernel power event 41
2 x error application error or hang event 1000-1002
    13 x error dhcp-client event 1001-1003
    7x error disk event 11
    5 x error event log event 1101-6008
    9 x error event system event 4621
    3 x error HAL event 12
    6 x error NVNET event 5008
    2 x error security-spp event 1017
13 x error service controll manager event 7011-7026
    6 x error sidebyside event 33

Then there are some specific error messages.

I would appreciate help, if anyone would know what to do. Below is a link, when I asked about it just now.

Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, which should flag up any compatibility issues:
