Different problems with installation stemming from corrupt system file

I ran the sfc /scannow and put the results in a txt file. Here is the error that came up:

2012-03-14 20:42:19, Info CSI 000002e0 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"DDORes.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-DDORes, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
2012-03-14 20:42:20, Info CSI 000002e2 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"DDORes.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-DDORes, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
2012-03-14 20:42:20, Info CSI 000002e3 [SR] This component was referenced by [l:202{101}]"Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7601.17514.WindowsFoundationDelivery"
2012-03-14 20:42:20, Info CSI 000002e6 [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:48{24},l:46{23}]"\??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64"\[l:20{10}]"DDORes.dll"; source file in store is also corrupted

what do I do to fix this, or do I just follow the instructions I found to replace the DDORes.dll file in the SysWOW64 folder...? The only issue with the instructions I found is that they do not tell me how to get past the issue of not having permissions to interact with files in the systems files folders to replace the file.. Thanks for any help!

See OPTION THREE of SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and pay close attention to the tip within those instructions.
